Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

EFT:  Is our preferred method of payment. If you wish to pay this way, during checkout choose to “submit the order”, we will then check that we have the item in stock, obtain a shipping quote and contact you to arrange payment by EFT. A tax invoice is supplied.

Credit Card: You can opt to pay immediately by credit card during checkout we accept VISA, Mastercard, and AM EX.

Credit card payments are secure and encrypted, they are also in real time. You will receive an E mail confirmation detailing your successful transaction.

SHIPPING:

During checkout you can select from 3 shipping options.

1) $30 for orders less than $500

2) $40 for orders $500.00 – $1500

3) FREE for orders over $1500.00 (Within Australia)

Generally we use TNT to ship within Australia.

Orders delivered via courier will not be delivered to an unattended address. If no one is available to sign for the order a card will be left and the order is re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot.

We can also send your items with your specified courier (if you have an account with a courier company).

Australia post will not handle items which are longer than 105cm or heavier than 20kg.

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND: We are unable to sell some equipment outside Australia due to distribution rights. We charge a $25.00 administration fee for all overseas orders. This does not apply for account holders.

BULKY ITEMS: Reels of rope/cable and eyebolts will usually need to travel on a pallet.

RETURNS POLICY:

 

Adventure Developments is predominantly a wholesaler of safety equipment, therefore we do not generally accept returns for:

  • Climbing Harnesses
  • Helmets
  • Karabiners
  • Pulleys
  • Ropes
  • Items which have been special order

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS: Should you find a problem with your items, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or an exchange on the faulty product if

  • The product has either faulty workmanship or materials
  • The product is, or becomes, faulty through no fault of yours
  • The product has defects that were not obvious or not brought to your attention

INCOMPLETE ORDERS: You must let us know that your order is incomplete within 7 days of unpacking it. We are unable to process any claims after 7 days.

CHANGE OF MIND: Requests must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. A restocking fee of 10% of the price will be charged, to cover administration. You are responsible for packing and postage and insurance of the item.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT: In order to process a return, please contact Adventure Developments by Email to request a returns form.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Adventure Developments will never sell or give your e-mail address (or any other information about you) to anyone else without your permission.

Personal information provided will only be used to process your order. Information collected is protected on a secure server. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties.

If our practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our Web site or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed.
